All of the following information shall be reported and published in the JOAFE :

  • Creation, alteration, corrigendum, cancelation and dissolving d'association loi 1901, d'owner's trade union association, partnership foundation, of company foundation
  • Creation, amendment, corrigendum, cancelation, dissolution and notice of suspension of activity of endowment fund
  • Publication of the annual accounts of associations law 1901foundation, endowment fund, national professional military association
  • Publication of the annual accounts of trade unions and professional organizations.
