What is the Secure Right to Drive Certificate (SFCR)?
The Secure Right to Drive Certificate (STCA) replaces the restricted information statement (RIR).
The ADCS contains information about the existence and validity of driving license categories, and the facilities and/or restrictions which may be attached to them.
She's valid for 4 months from the date of issue and may be reissued if necessary.
It is valid only in France.
You can use the ADCS in paper or dematerialized form.
In what cases can the Secure Right to Drive Certificate (SFCR) be used?
ADCS can be used in the following situations:
- Certify your driving rights with your employer
- Proof of your rights to drive (subscription of an insurance contract, rental of a vehicle, in case of loss or theft of a driving license, in the case of roadside inspection...)
- Authenticate your driving rights when you exchange your driving license abroad or with a Com
- Create your dematerialized driving license on the application France Identity.
