Who shall I contact

Your resignation may be legitimate if you complete the cumulative conditions following:

  • To be employed in DTA: titleContent of private law at the time of your resignation
  • Justify at least 1,300 days worked in the last 60 months (5 years) 
  • Have a well-prepared career transition project that is recognized as real and serious.

Please note

The 1,300 days may have been worked by one or more employers. Leave without pay, sabbatical or periods of availability are not taken into account.

Before you resign, check that you meet all of these conditions. An online service checks whether you meet the conditions:

If you meet these conditions, you can collect the AER.

Your professional project must be validated by a Transition Pro (ATpro) team.

Contact your Transition Pro branch in the region:

If your project is validated, you may resign.

Warning  

If you resign front that your project does not be validated by ATproHowever, you will not be eligible for unemployment benefit.

You must register as a job seeker in the 6 months that follow the validation of your project.

If this is the case, you are compensated like any job seeker, during and after the project implementation period.
