Please note

a medical examination is organized at the school for children aged 3 to 4 years.

It is part of the 20 compulsory examinations reimbursed by the health insurance.

The examinations are carried out:

  • Either by the attending physician of the child
  • Either by a doctor chosen by the child's parents or by the child's custodian
  • Either by a doctor at a Maternal and Child Protection (PMI) consultation
  • Or by a doctor at the school for the medical examination of children aged 3 to 4 years.

FYI

Persons responsible for the child must present the children at these visits unless they can provide a medical certificate. This document then attests that the examination corresponding to the age of the child was carried out by a health professional of their choice.

Exam consultations are reimbursed to 100%, without advance payment for parents, except overpayment of fees.
