Yes, guide dogs or assistance dogs that accompany people who have mobility card inclusion with the mentions invalidity and priority are allowed in shops.
The same applies where the dogs are accompanied by the person responsible for their education throughout their training period.
More generally, guide dogs for the blind or for assistance are allowed in all places open to the public. They are also admitted to transport and to places of work, training and educational establishments.
Persons with disabilities who request a service or benefit must not be overcharged because of the presence of their guide dog. For example, the presence of a guide dog does not entail any additional cost for the disabled person who takes the train.
Prohibiting guide and assistance dogs from entering public places is punishable by a fine of €68 to €180.
