Voting by a European citizen in elections in France: what proof of residence to register?

If you are a citizen of the European Union (other than French), you can vote in municipal and European elections in France, provided you are registered on the supplementary lists of electors in France.
To do so, you must apply to be registered.
When applying for registration, you must provide proof of residence.
The proof to provide depends on your situation in the municipality where you want to register:

Resident (or resident for at least 6 months)
You must provide a document with your name and address on the commune.
The following documents are accepted:
- Water, gas, electricity or landline bill less than 3 months
- Home insurance certificate of less than 3 months
- Pay slip or pension document of less than 3 months
- Lease of less than 3 months
Taxpayer (local taxes)
You must prove that you have been subject for at least 2 consecutive years to certain local taxes in the municipality where you want to register. These taxes may include:
- Residential tax on secondary residence
- Property tax, on built or unbuilt property
- Company property tax (ex-business tax)
You must provide:
- Either the last 2 tax notices on which your name appears,
- Or a certificate from the Departmental Directorate of Public Finance where your name appears.

Manager (or manager)
You must prove that you are the manager (manager) for at least 2 years of a company registered for at least 2 years in the role of the contributions of the municipality.
To do this, you must provide the following 3 documents:
- Appointment decision (or extract) or copy of the appointment decision rewritten in the register of decisions of general meeting of the business or even the statutes of the company
- Document proving the inclusion of the business in the role of the contributions of the municipality, for at least 2 years
- Honor certificate of the continuity of your position as manager (manager) of the business for at least 2 years

Single or majority partner
You must prove that you have been the majority or sole partner of a company registered for at least 2 years in the role of the contributions of the municipality.
You must provide the following 3 documents:
- Copy of the articles of incorporation of the business (or copy of the updated articles of incorporation or copy of the instrument of transfer of shares)
- Document proving the inclusion of the business in the role of the contributions of the municipality for at least 2 years
- Honor certificate of the continuity of your position as majority or sole partner of the business for at least 2 years
