MaPrimeAdapt': adapting housing to loss of autonomy

Do you want to do work to adapt your home to your loss of autonomy? You can benefit, under conditions (including resources), from the MaPrimeAdapt' aid device. We present the conditions for obtaining this assistance and the process to be carried out.

Please note

Since 1er january 2024, MaPrimeAdapt' replaces Help Living Easily inAnahAnah : National Housing Agency (in Metropolitan France), aid for the adaptation of Cnav housing, and the capital works tax credit for persons with disabilities or seniors who lose their independence (now reserved for persons with means considered as intermediaries).

Step-by-step approach

To be eligible for MaPrimeAdapt', you must meet certain conditions.

Housing-related conditions

You can benefit from MaPrimeAdapt' if you are owner-occupier or private park tenant.

MaPrimeAdapt' help should be for your principal residence. This must be located in Metropolis or in the Drom.

You are the owner occupant

To benefit from MaPrimeAdapt', you must respect one of the conditions following:

To benefit from MaPrimeAdapt', you must respect the conditions following:

  • You rent a house that is part of the private park
  • You have obtained the agreement of your landlord to carry out work to adapt the housing to your loss of autonomy

On the other hand, you must also respect one of the conditions following:

Resource Requirements

To benefit from MaPrimeAdapt' help, your resources shall not exceed the limits for modest or very modest incomes (whether you are an owner/occupant or a tenant).

It's the reference tax income (RFR) which is taken into account. It is indicated on your tax notice for the year preceding your application for assistance.

The resource limits to be respected differ depending on the location of your home outside Île-de-France or in Île-de-France.

Search for aids for the renovation of housing

The adaptation works financed by MaPrimeAdapt' concern all housing and outdoor access. Examples of work that can be funded include:

Interior work

Interior work may include, in particular:

  • Electric stairlift
  • Bathroom fittings (grab bar, replacement of a bathtub by a shower,...)
  • Raised toilets and grab bar
  • Fitting out the kitchen
  • Motion detection lighting
  • Widening of the corridors.

External work

External work may cover, in particular:

  • Access ramp to the entrance of your home
  • Parking space for disabled people
  • Installation of roller shutters
  • Widening of the entrance door.

The amount of support for your work depends on your resources.

You can benefit from support for your 70% within the limit of a ceiling for €22,000 excluding taxes.

You can benefit from support for your 50% within the limit of a ceiling for €22,000 excluding taxes.

FYI  

MaPrimeAdapt' can be combined with local aid, PCH and aid for energy renovation. It is recommended that you contact your local council to learn more about local aid.

Who shall I contact

With MaPrimeAdapt', you get a accompaniment to help you develop and conduct your work project.

This support is provided by a Project Management Assistant (AMO).

The AMO, operator authorized or authorized by the Anah, is your privileged interlocutor. It aims to simplify your MaPrimeAdapt' journey from the development of your adaptation project (diagnosis housing autonomy to determine your needs, networking with craftsmen, etc.) to the payment of MaPrimeAdapt' assistance.

If you do not know of an AMO, you will be given a list of AMOs close to you when you create your MaPrimeAdapt folder.

You must submit your request for assistance online on the monprojetanah website:

Request for financial assistance from Anah (MaPrimeAdapt', etc.)

To submit it online, you must create a personal account on this site.

Warning  

If you are a tenant, you must apply for MaPrimeAdapt' help from the " I'm a homeowner ”.

You must Waiting to receive approval from Anah giving you MaPrimeAdapt' to carry out the work.

The AMO advises you in the follow-up of the work carried out by the selected craftsmen.

As soon as the work is finished, you must send the Anah the invoice of the craftsmen who carried out your work to request payment of the aid.

Your AMO will accompany you in the constitution of your payment request. The work carried out must be in accordance with the specifications.

Once the aid is paid, you have to pay the craftsmen who carried out your work.
