If you have just been recognized with a disability, financial assistance may be granted subject to conditions.
AAH and associated aids
You can benefit from Disabled Adult Allowance (DAA) from a certain level of disability. The AAH is a financial aid that allows for a minimum of resources.
This allocation may be supplemented by the following measures:
- Resource Add-on or supplement for independent living
- Disability Compensation Benefit (DCP) to cover the additional costs of all kinds related to your disability in everyday life.
These devices are cumulable between them.
If you receive other benefits (for example, active solidarity income), you benefit from a reduced AAH.
If you have taken out an insurance contract to prepare for additional income, you can benefit from a tax advantage.
If you have at least one child up to 7 years of age and you are receiving PCH, you may benefit from a parenting aid which consists of human aid and material aid.

Aid for housing
If you have a home, financial assistance can be granted to cover your housing expenses, including:
- Social housing allowance (SLA)
- Exemption from property tax
- Telephone social reduction to reduce the amount of your phone bills
- Tax reduction to adapt your home to your disability or help MaPrimeAdapt' according to your income.
Aid in the event of self-employment
If you are self-employed, have arranged your job or work environment, and costs persist after these arrangements, you can benefit from aid linked to the recognition of the seriousness of disability (RLH).
