You're in DTA: titleContent and you want to resign? In principle, resignation does not allow you to benefit from the Return to Employment Benefit (RJA). - Your previous the contract was terminated in one of the following cases:
- Dismissal staff
- Dismissal economic
- Conventional breakage
- End of CSD: titleContent
- You did not register as jobseeker since your last employment contract was terminated
- You were hired in DTA: titleContent and you voluntarily terminated your new contract less than 65 working days after the date of employment.

- If you justify less than 65 days (minus 455 hours) worked since you became legally entitled
- If the contract from which you resigned lasted less than 8 calendar days (each day counts, including weekends and public holidays)
- If the contract from which you resigned was less than 17 hours per week.

- Justify at least 1,300 days worked in the last 60 months (5 years)
- Have a well-prepared career transition project that is recognized as real and serious.
Please note
The 1,300 days may have been worked by one or more employers. Leave without pay, sabbatical or periods of availability are not taken into account.

Your professional project must be validated by a regional inter-branch joint committee (RIJC).
If your project is validated, you may resign.

If this is the case, you are compensated like any job seeker, during and after the project implementation period.
