However, if you have stayed more than 3 months abroad, you can collect the RSA or activity bonus but only for the full months of presence in France.

You must declare your residence as stable and regular.

You can collect the RSA or activity premium if you are homeless and live permanently in France. You must then make domiciled with a CCAS: titleContent or a recognized organization.
