The duration of the actual work shall be fixed at 35 hours per week and 1 607 hours per year. The organization of work may vary from one jurisdiction to another. Public officials may be required to work overtime, on-call duty or on call. Every staff member shall be entitled to a time-saving account (TSA), which shall be maintained in particular by the unused days of leave. Any staff member may also work part-time at his request.
