Online Address Change (Online Service)

To declare your new contact information, simultaneously with several government departments and some private organizations:

  • Energy suppliers (EDF, ENERCOOP)
  • France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi)
  • Social security: health insurance, family allowances and pension funds (Agirc-ArcoAgirc-Arco : General Association of Employee Pension Institutions - Association for the Supplementary Retirement Scheme for Employees, TruckTruck : Health insurance fund for the electricity and gas industries, CarsatCarsat : Pension Insurance and Occupational Health Fund, CGSSCGSS : General Social Security Funds, CafCaf : Family Allowance Fund, CipavCipav : Inter-branch pension and old-age insurance fund, CnavCnav : National old-age insurance fund, CNMSSCNMSS : National Military Social Security Fund, CNRACLCNRACL : National Pension Fund for Local Government Employees, CPAMCPAM : Primary health insurance fund, CravCrav : Regional Old Age Insurance Fund, EnimEnim : Naval Invalids National Institution, FSPOEIEFSPOEIE : Special Fund for the Pensions of Workers in State Industrial Establishments, IrcantecIrcantec : Supplementary pension institution for non-permanent officials of the State and public authorities, MinesMines : Mining Retreat, MSAMSA : Agricultural social mutual society, RAFPRAFP : Additional retirement from the public service, SASPASASPA : Service of the solidarity allowance for the elderly)

You can also use this online service to report a change of email address and phone number (landline or mobile), except for the Caf, MSA, CPAM and CGSS.

Remember to have your credentials for each of the organizations involved.

Warning  

  • If you are going to settle abroad, this online service allows you to declare your departure to the health insurance fund (CPAMCPAM : Primary health insurance fund) and in the tax department.
  • If you are an expatriate returning to settle in France, you cannot use this online service to declare your return to France.

This online service can be used whatever your nationality.

It is only available in French.
