Allows one spouse to have the judge fix the amount to be paid by the other in case the latter does not contribute (or not sufficiently) to the expenses of the marriage.

To be addressed to JafJaf : Family Court Judge who is a judge of the court of law the place of residence of the family (or of the parent to whom the application is made, or of the parent who is responsible for the children).
