Certification of energy performance improvement works that may give rise to participation by the lessee of the private park (Form 13968*01)

Allows the owner of the dwelling (private park) to ask the tenant for a financial contribution in return for the work done by the owner. This may involve work done in the tenant's home, or in the common areas of the building, or energy-saving work.
