Accident at work Information prior to the declaration of an interim (Form 60-3741)

In the event of an accident occurring to a temporary worker made available by a temporary (or temporary) work company, the user company must inform within 24 hours by registered letter:

  • the health prevention service CarsatCarsat : Pension Insurance and Occupational Health Fund,
  • labor inspection,
  • the temporary company accident at work of work responsible for drawing up the declaration.
