Application for Approval of a Circuit (Form 15849*01)

Allows the owner or manager of a circuit who wishes to organize activities involving motorized vehicles to request a 1re approval, a renewal of approval or an amendment to an existing approval.

To be sent at least 2 months before the date scheduled for 1re use of the circuit, or for a renewal, 2 months before the expiry date of the approval in force, at the prefecture of the department in which the circuit is located.
