To be completed in order to apply for authorization to exercise guardianship, guardianship or special mandate in the context of the safeguarding of justice or the judicial accompanying measure.

The form and supporting documents must be sent by letter RARRAR : Recommended with notification of receipt :

  • the departmental directorate responsible for social cohesion (DDCS) of the department in which you wish to carry out your activity,
  • and to the public prosecutor near the court where you wish to practice your profession.
