Particulars to be indicated in case of purchase of goods with a credit to be delivered immediately (Document template)

These details must be written on the contract of sale by the consumer who buys a good (or a service) using a credit and wishes to be delivered immediately.

I request to be delivered immediately/benefit immediately from the provision of services.

The legal withdrawal period of my credit agreement therefore expires on the date of delivery/performance of the service, without being able to be less than 3 days or more than 14 days after its signature.

I am bound by my main sales contract as of the 4theme day after he signed.
