Particulars to be indicated in case of purchase of goods with a credit to be delivered immediately (Document template)

These details must be written on the contract of sale by the consumer who buys a good (or a service) using a credit and wishes to be delivered immediately.

I'm asking [be delivered immediately/benefit immediately from the provision of services.] The legal withdrawal period for my credit agreement therefore expires on the date [delivery/performance of the service] , not less than 3 days and not more than 14 days after signature. I am bound by my main sales contract as of the 4theme day after he signed.
