Online Pre-Complaint (Online Service)

Allows you to pre-declare online for a property offense (theft or scam for example) or certain discriminatory facts by a unknown author.
During online pre-declaration, you choose the place where you will sign your declaration from the list of police stations or gendarmeries proposed.
You fill in the form and validate your entry. Then, you are contacted by the police station or the gendarmerie chosen to agree on an appointment. You are also informed of the supporting documents (invoices, identity document...) to be attached to your complaint.
During the appointment, you sign your statement after making any changes. The complaint is then formally filed.
The police or gendarmes can decide to keep the evidence you bring.
Warning
you must be a personal victim of the offense.
