Declaration of an unapproved gear (On-line service)

A professional seller must immediately declare the sale of new machine not approved (quad, moto-cross, mini-motorcycle, pocket bike, pit-bike, dirt bike, etc.) with a speed exceeding 25 km/h and not intended for use on public roads.
The purchaser shall then confirm (or contest) the declaration of the gear.
Purchase of new equipment via the Internet or abroad, not approved with a speed exceeding 25 km/h and not intended for use on public roads duty be declared by the purchaser within 48 hours according to the date of its acquisition.
Any person who sells or buys a second-hand machinery not approved whose speed exceeds 25 km/h and which is not intended for use on public roads shall report within 48 hours according to the date of sale or acquisition.
The owner of the equipment shall also declare any changes later (theft, sale, change of address...) intervening after its initial declaration.
The online declaration Declaration and identification of certain motor vehicles on the DICEM website allows the immediate issue of an identification certificate without shipping costs.
The connection to the DICEM website is made by FranceConnect. You will thus have access to many features: a view on all the machines declared in DICEM, a follow-up of your steps, access to your attestations,...
This procedure does not require proof of identity and avoids shipping costs.
Once your online process has been validated, a secure declaration certificate will be available on the DICEM website.
