2024 Reporting of Accounts Opened, Used or Closed Abroad (Form 11916)

Non-commercial individuals, associations and businesses must report the references of accounts opened, used or closed abroad during the reporting year.

Life insurance contracts are also reportable.

The return must be filed at the same time as the income tax or income tax return.

A statement must be made for each of the accounts, contracts and investments concerned.
