Request a certificate of service performed (national or military service) from the Pau Personnel Archives Center (CAPM) (Model document)

Obtain an extract of attestation of services performed from the Center des archives des personnel militaire (CAPM) in the case of services performed in metropolitan France:

  • in the army or in the national gendarmerie
  • or under technical assistance, cooperation
  • or as air force personnel (excluding officer, non-commissioned officer, female personnel)
  • or as an officer of the national navy
  • or as a conscientious objector
