Request a refund of an electronic stamp (Online Service)

Prepare the transaction reference (shown on the proof of payment).

The amount of the refund will be credited to the account attached to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase.

Warning  

The online service will be not available from monday 27 may at 9pm to tuesday 28 may 2024 at 3am (Paris time).
