Obtain a copy of the extract from the civil register (the register in which all civil status applications, documents and judgments are recorded) corresponding to the entry CR on a birth certificate.
The application must be submitted to the court registry of the city of birth of the person concerned (or to the Central Civil Registry Service for persons born abroad).
