Dissolution of an association (e-dissolution) (Online service)

Allows:

  • declare the dissolution of an association,
  • and request its publication in the JOAFEJOAFE : Official Journal of company associations and foundations.

Accessible Service with a Service-Public.fr account.

Warning  

This service does not concern Alsace-Moselle.

The association must be registered in the National Directory of Associations (NAS) to complete the online process, as its RNA number will be asked. Alternatively, she can do the mail-in by using the form cerfa no. 13972.
