Real Estate Agency Fees: Estimate Tenant Share (Simulator)

This simulator makes it possible to know the area of the rented dwelling and to estimate the amount owed by the tenant for some of the real estate agency fees paid by the owner when the rental is made (fees related to the tenant's file, the visit of the dwelling, the drafting of the housing lease).
