Request a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) (Online Service)

Accessible with your Ameli account or via France Connect, available in French only.

Allows you to order a European health insurance card but also to declare the loss or theft

Steps in the process:

  1. Sign in with your login or create an account
  2. Verify your mailing information
  3. Go to the "My steps" section and order an EHIC
  4. Wait until you receive your EHIC.

If you do not receive your EHIC, you can:

  • Renew your request
  • And carefully check the address provided.
