Declaration on an Association (M0 ASSO) (Form 15909*02)

You must complete a formality relating to an association registered in the RCS (register of commerce and businesses). The one-stop-shop for company formalities will soon enable you to complete your formality online.

In the meantime, to inform the administration, you must fill out this form M0 ASSO and the interlayer M'BE GIE associations for the declaration of its creation.

File it or send it accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and payment of the costs to the registry of the commercial court or the commercial court (or the commercial chamber of the judicial court for Alsace-Moselle) in whose jurisdiction the address of the seat of the association is located. This is the body competent to deal with it. This formality is not accessible on the infograft.fr website.
