Application for an Interim Permit for a Dangerous Dog (Form 13997*01)

This form allows you to request the issuance of a provisional permit of holding a dog of 1re or 2e category under 8 months of age

After your file has been examined by the City Hall and if the decision is positive, you can withdraw the provisional detention permit requested from the City Hall of your home, with your dog's European pet passport.
