Reporting of debt distress (Online service)

The applicant shall use France Connect and its identifiers.

The applicant must file a debt distress report on his own behalf. But he can get help from a social worker.

We need to provide supporting documents.

FYI  

This can be done using a form cerfa n°13594 to be printed or to be taken out at a bank of France counter. This form must then be mailed or delivered to a counter.
