Restructuring premium application (Document template)
When the 2 members of a couple may claim the premium for the same restructuring, only one of them may benefit from the premium in its entirety.
The beneficiary shall be the beneficiary of those agreements which they designate by common accord.
The other member of the couple receives only the share of the premium that depends on the distance between the old and the new administrative residence.
It is recommended to make the 2 requests at the same time.
