Collective Breaks of Employment Contracts Portal (RUPCO) (Online Service)

Allows any employer to declare a procedure for collective breaks of employment contracts:

  • Employment Protection Plan (ESP)
  • Collective Agreement Breakdown (CCR)
  • Mobility leave balance sheet (Provisional Employment and Skills Management Agreement, GPEC)
  • Economic redundancies (excluding PES)

To access this online service, you must provide your credentials.
