Individual agreement to break by mutual agreement under the collective agreement on mobility leave (Model document)

When applying a collective agreement on the mobility leave scheme, the employee may apply for the mobility leave under the conditions laid down in that agreement.

If the employer agrees, he may sign an individual termination agreement with the employee, which specifies the employee’s departure conditions.
