Declaration and application for authorization of events (Online service)

Performs the following steps:

  • Declare a public demonstration such as a gathering, a procession, a festival, or a sporting competition with the competent authorities (town hall, prefecture)
  • Apply for permission (e.g. use of the public road for a fair or concert)
  • Transmit the necessary documents directly online such as plans, insurance certificates, security measures,...
  • Connect organizers with prefectures, mayors, or other relevant government agencies
  • Receive feedback or requests for more information
  • Track case status
  • Ensure compliance with all rules, including public safety and risk management obligations
